The most valuable intelligence I have ever received in my career came from relationships. And relationships are built on one thing: trust.

There is a formula for it.

It was developed by Maister, Green, and Galford, and it is taught in every serious intelligence training programme in the world.

We teach it in our HUMINT Fundamentals course.

It is called The Trust Equation.

Trust = (Credibility + Reliability + Intimacy) / Self-Orientation

Next Wednesday (8 April, 18:00 CET), Ray White, a retired CIA Senior Operations Officer who teaches on our HUMINT Fundamentals course, is running a free 60-minute live Zoom webinar where he will break down exactly how intelligence professionals use this equation to build trust that produces results.
